Their collective vision formulates a strategic plan aimed at bolstering the fiscal foundation of our city through four key pillars: Economic Development, Education, Government and Infrastructure, and Quality of Life. The Generator Plan materialized with the overwhelming support of our community, as 70% of voters rallied behind a 7-year 5/8th cent sales tax initiative. In addition, GFPB has raised more than $30 million in business investments, private donations, and grants to compliment the sales tax fund . This endeavor embodies a harmonious public-private partnership with the City of Pine Bluff, ensuring responsible allocation of funds to realize the 27 ambitious initiatives outlined in our plan.
